About the Job:
 
We are seeking a Solution Consultant/Sales Engineer (SE) based in Chicago who will work in tandem with Central Field Sales to drive new revenue. SEs must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users based on customer’s needs. SEs must identify prospect risk & opportunities to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Ideal candidate should have at least 5 years experience in online marketing, specially paid search & social media advertising. Prior Sales Engineering experience is helpful, but not necessary. A passion for learning, solution selling, problem solving and diving into tracking minutia are all required.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Development and delivery of product demonstrations via consultative selling
  • Maintaining expert product knowledge across the Kenshoo product suite
  • Supporting field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
  • Responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Conveying customer requirements to Product Management teams
  • Traveling throughout sales territory
  • Position will report to the Head of Sales Engineering
