Job description: An attractive position in Tier2 Support which involves both customer facing and code writing aspects, to facilitate customer on-boarding as well as customize and maintain the production environments.
We are looking for talented and energetic people who are dedicated, enthusiastic and anxious to learn and work. There is also a relocation option (to our US offices in SF & NY), for US citizens or Green Card holders.
Job Requirements:
· A graduate of Bsc. in Computer Science/ Mathematics/ Physics, GPA of 85 and higher. Alternatively – a Mamram graduate.
· Experience in customer-support technical roles – an advantage.
· Development experience – an advantage
· Preferred to have any of the following areas of expertise: DB, SQL, Perl, Networking, Application Servers, Windows/UNIX Administration.
· Previous experience / knowledge of SEM and Search environment – an advantage
· Strong analytical skills, and a quick learner
· Excellent communication skills in English
· Excellent troubleshooting skills
· Team player, and a hard worker
