Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder
Alon has over a decade of Internet experience. He is the formerly co-founder and CEO of Bazman, a price comparison website. Alon holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Academic College of Tel-Aviv Jaffa.

The former co-founder and CTO of Bazman, Nir carries years of experience in leading design and development teams for companies such as Demantra and Imperva. Nir holds a B.S. in Physics & Computer science from Ben Gurion University.

Igal Shany
Chief Financial Officer
Igal brings more than 17 years of finance and business development experience to Kenshoo. Igal joined Kenshoo from Siemens where he was Vice President of Business Development and Marketing in its Solar Thermal Energy activity, a position he assumed after Siemens acquired Solel Solar Thermal, where he was the CFO. Previously, Igal was the Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Alliances for Spansion, following its merger with Saifun Semiconductors, where he was the CFO. Igal is a CPA and holds a BA in Economics and Accounting as well as an MBA from the Tel Aviv University.

Aaron Goldman
Chief Marketing Officer
Aaron has over 12 years experience in digital marketing and is the author of “Everything I Know about Marketing I Learned from Google.” Prior to Kenshoo, he founded Connectual, a digital marketing consulting and matchmaking firm, and was VP, Marketing and Strategic Partnerships at Resolution Media, an Omnicom Media Group company. Aaron graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and holds a B.S. in Advertising.

Shirley Grill-Rachman
Chief Operating Officer
Shirley has over 12 years of legal, financial and operational management experience. She served as Professional Assistant to the Attorney General of Israel and held executive positions at the non-for-profit Atidim where she was part of the founding team and later VP of Finance and Operations at Intercast Networks. Mrs. Grill-Rachman holds a law degree (LLB) from Tel Aviv University, a Masters in Law (LLM) from the Hebrew University, and an MBA from INSEAD. She has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1997.

Senior Vice President, Technology
Israel has more than 20 years experience in enterprise R&D and IT management. Prior to Kenshoo, Israel was VP, IT Business Management at VMware. Before that, he held numberous leadership roles within HP including VP, Emerging Technology Group and GM/co-founder of 48Upper. Israel holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University and MBA from Ben-Gurion University.

Ted brings more than 22 years of enterprise-class software sales experience to Kenshoo. Ted joined Kenshoo from C3 where he was Vice President of Sales. Previously, Ted was the Vice President of Strategic Industries for SAP and Director of Global Accounts at PeopleSoft. Ted holds a BA in Economics and Finance as well as an MBA in International Business from the University of Texas.

Senior Vice President, Business Development
Sivan brings more than 14 years of enterprise software business leadership to Kenshoo. Sivan spent a decade at Mercury Interactive (later acquired by HP), serving in product, business development and business leadership roles. Sivan holds a B.S. in Electronic Engineering and an Executive MBA, both from the Tel-Aviv University.

William Martin-Gill
Senior Vice President, Product
Will has over 12 years experience in business strategy and interactive marketing. Will joined Kenshoo from eBay, where he served as Director of Global Search Engine Marketing. In previous roles, Martin-Gill was the global lead for the eBay Partner Network, managing over 100,000 affiliates across 15 countries and was a Senior Manager in eBay’s Corporate Strategy group. Before joining eBay, Will spent 3 years with the Boston Consulting Group, where he was part of the team that conceived and launched Orbitz.com. Will has a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and MBA from the Harvard Business School.
