Requirements:
  • High level of English
  • Minimum two years experience as a marcom in a hi-tech company

Account Executive
Responsibilities:
  • Day to day contact with clients.
  • Responsible for the smooth running of accounts on many levels.
  • Be an expert on all of the functionality of KENSHOO SEARCH™.
  • Technical support and search planning/execution:
    • Provide training to clients to enable them to effectively use Kenshoo technology.
    • Provide telephone and email technical support to clients.
    • Assist the Account Manager and Account Director where necessary in planning campaigns and implementing paid search campaigns.
    • Liaise with Kenshoo technical team in Israel regarding any highly technical queries.
    • Be able to recommend campaign optimizations.
  • Have a strong understanding of the search marketing and digital media environments.
  • Be competent in Kenshoo financial and invoicing systems.
  • To communicate on a professional level both internally and externally at all times.
  • Other duties assigned as and when necessary by the Account Director and Account Manager.
Reporting:
  • Reports in to the Account Director.
  • Managed by the Account Manager on day to day tasks.
Qualities
  • Must be passionate about the industry on and offline, and in particular, search.
  • Strong analytic skills and ability to relate results to client business objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Strong maths and analytical skills.
  • Strong IT literacy and advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to speak and write clearly and persuasively.
  • Outgoing and not afraid to learn.
  • Thorough understanding of paid search process.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and present well-considered ideas and solutions.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Organised and methodical.
  • Team player.
