Sarit Firon
Chief Financial Officer
Sarit has more than 20 years of experience running corporate finance teams and overseeing global operations including legal and human resource departments. She joined Kenshoo from MediaMind, a global provider of digital advertising solutions, where, as CFO, she helped manage the company's growth to 450 employees across 35 countries in addition to leading an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and subsequent sale to DG. Sarit previously served as CFO for Olive Software and P-Cube, leading a sale to Cisco for the latter. Prior to joining P-Cube, Sarit served as the CFO of RADCOM. During her 5-year tenure at RADCOM, the company went public on the NASDAQ. Earlier in her career, Sarit served as a senior auditor with Kesselman and Kesselman, a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers, and as a director and a member of the audit committee of Metalink. Sarit holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Tel-Aviv University, Israel, and is a Certified Public Accountant. |

Ziv Oren
Chief Information Officer
Following 8 years' service in the Israeli Air Force Information Systems Unit, Ziv Worked at DealTime (Currently shopping.com, an e-Bay company) as director of operations for 2 years responsible for IT infrastructures & operations of the company's Data Center (DC). Ziv left for Cassava Gibraltar (an 888 company) and served as the Technical Site Manager responsible for running the local IT team & building a new production DC. After 888, Ziv spent 2 years at Hotbar.com as the IT Manager and VP of Technical Operations responsible for IT, QA and customer support.He then re-joined 888 6 years ago to run the group's IT infrastructures and Operations. As an added responsibility, he also managed QA and Product-Technology Operations (PMO and budget). In his last position, Ziv served as the company's CIO responsible for IT infrastructure and Operations, BI and corporate IT. Ziv Holds a BSC in Computer Science (University of Haifa) and MBA from the Kellogg-Recanati International Executive MBA program (Northwestern and Tel-Aviv Universities). |

Aaron has over 12 years experience in digital marketing and is the author of “Everything I Know about Marketing I Learned from Google.” Prior to Kenshoo, he founded Connectual, a digital marketing consulting and matchmaking firm, and was VP, Marketing and Strategic Partnerships at Resolution Media, an Omnicom Media Group company. Aaron graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and holds a B.S. in Advertising. |

Shirley Grill-Rachman
Chief Operating Officer
Shirley has over 12 years of legal, financial and operational management experience. She served as Professional Assistant to the Attorney General of Israel and held executive positions at the non-for-profit Atidim where she was part of the founding team and later VP of Finance and Operations at Intercast Networks. Mrs. Grill-Rachman holds a law degree (LLB) from Tel Aviv University, a Masters in Law (LLM) from the Hebrew University, and an MBA from INSEAD. She has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1997. |

Benny Keinan

Benny has more than 15 years of experience in software development, team building, and project management. Benny joined Kenshoo from HP Software after leading several different R&D groups. Previously, Benny served in several Israeli start-ups and in the technology unit of the Israeli Air Force. William Martin-Gill

Will joins Kenshoo from eBay, where he served as Director of Global Search Engine Marketing and managed the company’s global paid search efforts and Triton platform. In previous roles, Martin-Gill was the global lead for the eBay Partner Network, managing over 100,000 affiliates across 15 countries and was a Senior Manager in eBay’s Corporate Strategy group. Before joining eBay in 2004, Martin-Gill completed his MBA at Harvard Business School and spent 3 years with the Boston Consulting Group, where he was part of the team that conceived and launched Orbitz.com. Martin-Gill has a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia. |

Vered has nearly 20 years of experience in corporate, commercial and securities law, as well as vast experience in management roles in private and public high-tech companies. Prior to joining Kenshoo, Vered Served as General Counsel and VP of Global Operations of MediaMind Technologies Inc., a global provider of digital advertising solutions, where she was one of the leading forces in the company's Initial Public Offering and subsequent sale to DG. Prior to MediaMind, Vered served as GC and VP of Legal Affairs at Radware (NASDAQ: RDWR), a provider of application delivery and security solutions, and prior to that was in private practice specializing in initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and counseling to private and public companies. Vered holds LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from the Tel Aviv University. |

Geoff Shenk

Geoff has over 15 years of experience in digital advertising and search engine marketing. He has worked for analytics, ad-serving, rich media, ad-networks and optimization companies including AllAdvantage, Walt Disney Internet Group, I/PRO, DoubleClick and Google. His most recent position was launching DoubleClick’s DART Search (SEM tool) in North America. Geoff has been a panelist, speaker and presenter for SEM/media related events and has worked closely with fortune 500 companies to improve online marketing effectiveness, primarily focusing on SEM. |

Chris Ward
Managing Director, Europe
Chris has worked in the media sector for the last 25 years. He started out as a journalist on various UK newspapers including the Daily Mail, Sunday Times and Sunday Express. In 1996, he joined Microsoft to set up and run a news website before becoming MSN's director of business development and then commercial director of Microsoft Advertising. Chris has been a digital advertising evangelist since the emergence of the internet as a mass media and marketing channel and has worked closely with many of the UK's leading agencies and clients. |

Under Chiu's leadership, BMG has quickly become a well-known and preferred service provider of cross-channel campaigns for leading agencies and advertisers in Australia, China, Japan, Brazil, India and across Asia. An industry expert and frequent speaker at conferences all over Asia, Chiu previously served as the Senior Vice President, Global Business Development & Corporate Partnerships for SearchForce and Regional Manager, Asia Pacific at Yahoo. Chiu has a BS in Mathematics & Computer Science from the John Hopkins University. | |
