Geoff Shenk, Managing Director, Kenshoo North America – Geoff has over 13 years of experience in digital advertising and search engine marketing. He has worked for analytics, ad-serving, rich media, ad-networks and optimization companies including AllAdvantage, Walt Disney Internet Group, I/PRO, DoubleClick and Google. His most recent position was launching DoubleClick’s DART Search (SEM tool) in North America. Geoff has been a panelist, speaker and presenter for SEM/media related events and has worked closely with fortune 500 companies to improve online marketing effectiveness, primarily focusing on SEM.

 

Alon Sheafer, VP Marketing & Products, Co-Founder- Mr. Sheafer brings over ten years of internet experience to Kenshoo. Alon has a strong Technological background combined with sales and marketing experience. Formerly founder and CEO of Bazman, a price comparison website. Mr. Sheafer holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from the Academic College of Tel-Aviv Jaffa.

 

Nir Cohen, CTO & Co-Founder- As former founder and CTO of Bazman, a price comparison website, Mr. Cohen carries years of experience in leading design and development teams for companies such as Demantra and Imperva. Mr. Cohen holds a B.Sc in Physics & Computer science from Ben Gurion University, Israel.

 

Sivan Metzger, General Manager, Kenshoo LOCAL – Mr. Metzger comes to Kenshoo after spending a decade at Mercury Interactive (later acquired by HP), serving in product, business development and in recent years, business leadership roles, to lead Kenshoo’s efforts in starting and ramping up the Kenshoo LOCAL business. Mr. Metzger holds a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering and an Executive MBA, both from the Tel-Aviv University.

 

Udi Broyer, CFO - Mr. Broyer brings over ten years of Financial and operational experience to Kenshoo. Mr. Broyer previously served as the Director of Finance of Metacafe a leading UGC Video web site. He held various executive financial positions such as financial consultants for JVP a Venture Capital firm and VP of Finance at Fundtech. Mr. Broyer is a CPA and served as a Senior Audit Manager in the high-tech group at "Ernst & Young" Israel. Mr. Broyer holds a B.A in Accounting and Economics at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel.

 

Andrey Shirben, Partner, Director of Business Development- Andrey brings with him to Kenshoo a unique combination of vast technological background as well as business understanding and sales & marketing expertise. Andrey’s previous experience ranges from leading technological teams, through product & project management as well as customer facing roles, to VP of Sales & Marketing. Being a private investor, Andrey originally joined Kenshoo as one of its first investors, quickly falling in love with the company and joining it full time. In his current role Andrey is responsible for “jumping the curve” and looking into various cooperation & integration opportunities with partners across the online marketing spectrum.

 

Shirley Grill-Rachman, Chief Operating Officer - Shirley brings to Kenshoo over 10 years of legal, financial and operational management experience. With a background in Law, Shirley brings a unique perspective to Kenshoo. She served as Professional Assistant to the Attorney General of Israel, held executive positions at the non-for-profit Atidim where she was part of the founding team and later VP of Finance and Operations at Intercast Networks. Mrs. Grill-Rachman holds a law degree (LLB) from Tel Aviv University, a Master in Law (LLM) from the Hebrew University, and an MBA from INSEAD and is a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1997.
